RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MADE TO ORDER

Each photograph from Tanya Fuchs Photography is made to order specifically for you based on your selected photograph, size, print format, and finishing options.

Because each piece is individually produced to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or format selection, or personal preference.

Please review your photograph, size, format, and other selections carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are submitted for production shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you realize you've made an error with your order, please contact Tanya Fuchs Photography as soon as possible. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you before production begins.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We want your photograph to arrive exactly as it should. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact Tanya Fuchs Photography promptly after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage. We will review the issue and work with our professional printing partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.

Please retain the artwork and its original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

COLOR & DISPLAY VARIATIONS

Colors, brightness, and tonal qualities may appear slightly different in print than they do on a computer, phone, or tablet screen. These variations can result from differences in screen calibration, display settings, lighting, and the characteristics of the selected print material and are not considered defects.
