SHIPPING & DELIVERY

MADE TO ORDER

Each photograph from Tanya Fuchs Photography is made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the photograph's size, print format, finishing options, and destination. Any delivery dates provided at checkout or after your order is placed are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has completed production and has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Depending on the size, format, and number of pieces ordered, items from the same order may be packaged and shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Tanya Fuchs Photography is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact Tanya Fuchs Photography as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

If an unsupported address is provided, we will contact you to obtain an alternate shipping address. This may result in a delay in the production or delivery of your order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While every effort is made to ensure your photograph arrives safely and within the estimated timeframe, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tanya Fuchs Photography is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your photograph arrives damaged, please retain the artwork and all original packaging and contact Tanya Fuchs Photography promptly.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage. We will review the issue and work with our professional printing partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary by destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery time beyond the original estimated delivery date.
