Photographs offered by Tanya Fuchs Photography are produced to order based on the photograph, size, print format, and finishing options selected at the time of purchase.

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We make every effort to accurately display our photographs and products. However, colors, brightness, contrast, and other visual characteristics may vary between screens and the finished printed artwork due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, lighting, print materials, and production methods.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & CUSTOM ORDERS

Available sizes, formats, and finishing options may vary depending on the photograph.

If you are interested in a size, format, or configuration that is not listed on the website, please contact Tanya Fuchs Photography. Custom options may be available depending on the photograph and requested format.

Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that the requested size, format, or configuration can be produced.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or circumstances that prevent an order from being fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.
